Maddie has a new obsession...ladybugs! Or "beelabugs" as she calls them. It all started with this little carseat toy:
Maddie had this toy on her carseat when she was a baby but when she moved into her "big girl" seat, we put the toys on her carseat away with the rest of the baby toys. After Isaac was born, we brought out the baby toys again and Maddie rediscovered this little guy. And she is crazy about this ladybug! She likes to take it places, dress it up in diapers and clothes and even sleep with it! So now any time she sees anything with a ladybug on it, she'll get really excited and start saying "beelabug, beelabug"!
She has a ladybug diaper (we had it before she was even into ladybugs!) and will often ask for it when she gets her diaper changed. If it's in the clean diaper laundry, she'll grab it and usually put in on Addy.

Any guesses on what Maddie will probably want to dress up as for Halloween this year? That is.... unless she finds a new obsession by then :)
