My day so far...

• 8:20am - Everyone is awake!  Take care of Isaac's massive poopy diaper (ewww!) and put him in the crib so I can change Maddie's diaper.  Somehow manage to break the music box on Isaac's mobile and take a chunk of skin out of my knuckle.  Put a Hello Kitty band aid on my finger, much to Maddie's amusement.  Notice Maddie's nose and both eyes are drippy...looks like she's coming down with another cold :(

• 8:40am - Give Maddie a cup of milk and some cereal to munch on, feed Isaac.  Take a few minutes to enjoy my coffee and cup of yogurt.  Play with kids on the floor until it's time for Isaac's morning nap.

• 10:30am - Isaac is down for his nap so I take a shower.  Exercise for 30 min, wipe Maddie's nose for what seems like the hundredth time today.

• 12:00pm - Fix Maddie's lunch and just about to eat my lunch when Isaac wakes up.  Put Isaac in bouncy chair so Maddie and I can finish eating.  Research where I can buy a replacement music box for Isaac's mobile.

• 1:30pm - Attempt to straighten up the house some before the kids have to take their afternoon naps.  While I am putting away the clean dishes, I drop one of my favorite mixing bowls on the tile floor.  It breaks into 2 pieces :(  Decide to give up on cleaning and put Maddie down for her nap.  Meanwhile, Isaac decides to scream the entire time I am putting Maddie to bed. 

• 2:30pm - Both kids are sleeping (praying it stays that way!) and I am going to scramble to finish the laundry, wash the dishes and pick up the toys that are scattered all over my house!  Looking forward to 5pm when my sweet husband is coming home to take over so I can drive up to Fort Collins to have a lovely sushi dinner with my best friend and some adult conversation :)
